We provide WordPress and Shopify website design, custom themes, WooCommerce setups, consultations, and related services. All projects are subject to a mutually agreed scope and timeline.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are due as outlined in project agreements. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain rights to our designs until full payment. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the final product.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the project fee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Barcelona courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
