1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Before Project Start: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment.
• During Project: Partial refund (pro-rated based on work completed) if canceled, minus any non-refundable deposits.
• After Completion: No refunds, but we offer free revisions for up to 14 days to ensure satisfaction.
• Consultations: Free consultations are non-refundable as they are complimentary.

2. Process

To request a refund, contact us at mailingarslan@gmail.com or +34 607 7686 03 within 30 days of payment, providing details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

No refunds for custom work already delivered or if cancellation is due to your breach of terms.
